A．	The piano master has lived in Germany for 25 years, a country in which pianos have been made in for over 200 years. With his experience of living there, our well-trained piano master is able to provide high quality service.
Q．	Will I be pressurized into purchasing something?
A．	We can assure you that we never pressurize our customers into buying a product.
Q．	Will I be charged extra than the estimated price?
A．	We always clarify the charges involved with our customers beforehand and will only charge the amount that was agreed upon. If the customer requests extra services on the spot, we will only add charges after clarifying to the customer the additional charges. No other extra charges will apply.
Q．	What are your service areas?
A．	Our service area is anywhere up to 20km from central Saitama City, but please consult us for areas further than 20km.
Q．	Do you handle urgent requests?
A．	It will depend on our service schedule, but we will try our best to meet urgent needs.
Q．	Do you work on Saturdays and Sundays?
A．	We do not work on Sundays, but we do work on Saturdays.
